The fruit is from Les Hauts, mostly, along with its neighbour La Macabre. There is nothing from Les Boutonniers this year. There is a savoury, mineral side to the nose. On the palate there is fresh citrus character, like oranges and limes, and a long, bright finish. This is a relatively easy drinker, not huge in the mouth, with some gentle apple and pear fruit.
