It was harvested using a combination of selective process harvester and hand harvesting. The fruit was delicately crushed and then fermented at between 15 18 degrees in stainless steel to maintain fresh primary fruit aromas and flavours. The results are a light to medium body Ros boasting reliability and made to enjoy now.
